Truly above and beyond — 5 stars for the Taylor team! After a horrible experience with another Airbnb, the Taylor team completely saved our trip. They responded quickly, were incredibly understanding, and waived the early check-in fee so my friends and I could settle in right away. The unit was spotless, just as described, and in a safe, welcoming area. It honestly felt like night and day compared to where we almost stayed. The Taylor team’s professionalism, hospitality, and fast communication made all the difference. I’m so grateful we found them — I’d absolutely book with them again in a heartbeat!

The house was very nice, located on a quiet clean street despite it being in 3rd ward everything looked just like the pictures. Check in was very easy A/C was on when I arrived it was 95 degrees but pouring down raining at the end of June . I saw No bugs in the house. All bedding was very clean. Washer and dryer worked perfectly as well as the dishwasher and they provided a few laundry pods for your convenience. The house has silverware, knives, a small and big pot, skillet, a baking sheet, cups, plates, and bowels but no seasonings. They also had a few board games in kitchen utility cabinet. Over all my stay was 10/10 highly recommend. House also came with the option to rent a car but due to it being located within 5-10 mins of every thing downtown we just used uber.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! Check in and check out instructions were really clear and the home was clean and centrally located. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in or near downtown Houston!
